Camp Construction

Located 90 km East of the Royal Canadian Mint, 0.5 km north of the Transcanada Highway, Living Bible Explorersʼ new land is the perfect location for our future camping needs. A 45 minute drive from the edge of the city, it is located 15 minutes from Whiteshell Provincial Park on the bank of the Whitemouth river.

The summer of 2013 we saw great progress in the construction at camp. With the help of volunteers from Mennonite Disaster Service, we were able to complete the first phase of two duplex cabins. These cabins each have accommodations for 12 occupants and will eventually have their own separate washrooms and showers. With additional help from other Christian groups of volunteers, we were able to frame and roof our third duplex cabin.

We are currently looking for individuals who are able to come and help with construction of our fourth duplex cabin. We need people who can frame, roof, and help with general construction. If you are available to help, please call George at 204-990-8667.

Below is a timeline of the work that has been completed so far.
